My latest guest appearance on a podcast
I was Facebook friends with Shannon Pereira for a couple of years but we hadn’t talked in forever, as our last exchange was a little uncomfortable. I was like, “Will you marry me?” and she was like, “How many times do I have to tell you I have a partner!” I was insulted, as she clearly knew the answer was the same as the Wise Owl’s answer to how many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Pop’s center—three.

More recently, as I was taking out the Facebook trash, I saw her tag line was “Enlighten Up!” and was like, “No…way!” I contacted her and told her that my upcoming book is entitled ENLIGHTEN THE F*CK UP! She told me that she originally wanted to use “Enlighten the fuck up” as her tag line but she was too much of a pussy to post it.
We got to talking and she invited me to be a guest on her podcast PowerPerspectives — People*Passion*Purpose, which indicated that she was strongly influenced by the Sesame Street episode brought to you by the letter “P” and got me excited. “So you’re telling me there’s a chance. YEAH!”
